How do I send in an order?
Many many ways – whichever is easier for you. Yes we make fabulous ornaments, but our real job is making life easier for you!
You can upload to our website, send in a hard copy by mail, or send in via email.

Will I get my cards back if I send them to you? How do you use my card in the ornament process?
We create a high-resolution scan of your card for production—we never cut or alter the original. Your card will be safely returned once your order is complete.
Any image that fits within an 8.5" x 11.5" scanner can be transformed into a custom ornament.
What if I want multiple copies of the same ornament?
If you would like more than one ornament of the same card please make a note of it when sending in your cards. We ask that you attach a sticky note to the ornament that you would like multiple copies of, and include how many copies you would like for us to make!
Any other special instructions that you might have must be included on the back of cards with a sticky note.
What kinds of images can I use to make an ornament?
We love creating ornaments from Christmas cards (or any holiday card), vintage family photos, wedding invitations and save the dates, birth announcements, vacation memories, milestone birthday invitations, and tributes to loved ones or pets. Really any image we can use!
When will I receive my ornaments?
Our typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks, however we always strive to accommodate specific requests.
